From Player to Team — Communication Made Simple

Coach Blitz isn’t a messaging app, but it makes team communication fast and accurate. Wherever you are in the app, the communication icon in the top-right helps you contact the right players with the right information.

Context-Aware Communication

The communication popup prepares a draft based on what you’re viewing, saving you time and eliminating errors. You can add or remove recipients and edit the message before sending.

Common Scenarios

• Player List — Send a message to all players on the team.
• Season Schedule — Send a message to the whole team with the full schedule of practices and games.
• Game Schedule (All Games) — Share the entire game schedule with the team.
• Individual Game — Send a team message about a specific game (date, time, location, opponent).
• Practice List (All Practices) — Share the full practice schedule with the team.
• Individual Player — Open a blank message addressed to that player only.
• Individual Practice — Send a message about a specific practice (time, field, focus).
• Call-Ups — Notify relevant players with a pre-filled call-up list so each player knows if they’re selected.

These are just a few examples. Because messages are generated as pre-filled templates, you can always customize them to say exactly what you want before sending.

Edit Before You Send

The communication popup lets you fine-tune everything — toggle recipients, adjust the subject (for email), and edit the pre-filled text. You’re always in control.

Send With Your Preferred Apps

Coach Blitz initiates communication using standard URL patterns (mailto: and sms:). Your device handles the rest using your installed apps.

• Email — opens a drafted message in your chosen email app.
• Text Message — routes through SMS or apps like WhatsApp, as your device allows.

Note on Blitz Pro Features

All communication functionality is included in the basic app. Blitz Pro does not add extra communication features — initiating messages, selecting recipients, and pre-filled drafts are available to every user.
