Terms of Service

Welcome to Coach Blitz, a mobile application developed and operated by AgileTrack Software, LLC ("we", "our", or "us"), based in Utah, USA.

By using the Coach Blitz app (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Use of the Service

Coach Blitz is a mobile coaching tool that allows users to manage players, practices, games, and schedules. By using the app, you agree to:

  • Use it only for lawful purposes.
  • Not misuse or interfere with the Service.
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer or hack any part of the Service.
  • Not abuse any data-pairing or sync functionality.

We reserve the right to terminate access for users who violate these terms.

2. Data and Privacy

Coach Blitz operates offline by default. No data is shared with our servers unless:

  • You explicitly pair your device, in which case data is transmitted temporarily to sync across devices.
  • You use the in-app Contact Us page, which may include voluntary data sent for support.

We do not claim ownership of your data and do not share or reuse it for any other purpose. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

The app is free to download and includes basic features. Additional functionality is available via in-app subscription, billed monthly.

  • Subscriptions include a free trial period.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device’s app store settings.
  • No refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing cycle.

4. License

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on your personal devices.

You may not:

  • Copy, distribute, or modify the app.
  • Sell or sublicense it to others.
  • Attempt to bypass security features or access systems without authorization.

5. Support and Updates

We provide support on a best-effort basis through the in-app Contact Us page.

We may update the app periodically and reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, without notice.

6. Third-Party Services

Coach Blitz may use third-party services (e.g., for cloud sync or analytics) as part of its functionality. We are not responsible for the practices of those third parties.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app if:

  • You violate these Terms.
  • We believe your actions cause harm, disrupt service, or pose a legal risk.

Upon termination, your license to use the app ends immediately.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
  • The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, with no warranties beyond what is required by law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. When we do, we’ll update the "Effective Date" on this page.

Your continued use of the app means you accept the revised Terms.
