This Privacy Policy explains how AgileTrack Software LLC ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Coach Blitz app ("Service"). By using the app, you agree to this policy.

1. Summary

  • The app is standalone by default and does not send data to our servers.
  • All data sharing is opt-in:
    • Device pairing transmits data to enable sync.
    • Support requests may include user-submitted data.
  • Data is deleted when no longer needed or upon user action.

2. Data We Collect

a. Local App Use (Default)

When the app is used offline:

  • No personal or usage data is sent to our servers.
  • All data stays on your device.

b. Paired Device Use (Opt-In)

When you opt to pair devices:

  • All app data (e.g. teams, sessions, settings) is temporarily transmitted through our servers.
  • Data is deleted automatically when you disconnect the master device.

c. Support Requests (User-Initiated)

If you use the in-app Contact Us page:

  • You may voluntarily send data to us (e.g. logs, screenshots, device info).
  • This data is used only for support and deleted after the issue is resolved.

d. Diagnostic Data (Anonymous)

We may collect anonymous technical data (e.g. OS version, crash logs) to improve app stability. This data does not identify you.

3. How We Use Data

We use data only to:

  • Enable core features like device pairing.
  • Respond to support requests.
  • Improve app performance.
  • Comply with legal obligations, if required.

We do not:

  • Sell your data.
  • Use your data for advertising.
  • Track you outside the app.

4. Data Sharing

We may share data:

  • With our hosting provider (for pairing only).
  • With support staff (if you submit a request).
  • If required by law (e.g. subpoena, legal process).
  • With your explicit consent.

We do not share data with third-party marketers or affiliates.

5. Data Security

We protect your data using:

  • Encrypted connections (HTTPS).
  • Temporary encrypted storage during pairing.
  • Automatic deletion upon unpairing or issue resolution.

While no system is 100% secure, we follow best practices to protect your data.

6. Your Rights

You may:

  • Use the app without sharing data.
  • View or delete your data from within the app.
  • Request data deletion via the support contact.

7. Children’s Privacy

Coach Blitz is not for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we learn we’ve received data from a child, we’ll delete it promptly.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy at our discretion.
