Kick the Coach
Purpose
The drill's primary aim is to enhance players' dribbling agility while also improving their ability to aim and control their shots towards moving targets.
Setup
- Define a rectangular grid measuring around 20 yards by 30 yards.
- Equip each player with a soccer ball.
- Include two coaches who will participate in the activity but do not need balls.
How To Play
- Players dribble their soccer balls within the defined space while trying to kick their balls at the coaches.
- Coaches should move in a lively manner to make themselves dynamic targets.
- Each successful kick that hits a coach earns a player a point.
- To increase excitement, coaches can switch between walking, kneeling, or crawling to vary the challenge level.

- Advise players to use different parts of their foot for diverse shot types.
- Focus on encouraging players to observe their surroundings and adjust their angles while dribbling.
- Strive to create an enjoyable atmosphere that boosts enthusiasm and friendly competition.
