Setup

  1. Define a rectangular grid measuring around 20 yards by 30 yards.
  2. Equip each player with a soccer ball.
  3. Include two coaches who will participate in the activity but do not need balls.

How To Play

  • Players dribble their soccer balls within the defined space while trying to kick their balls at the coaches.
  • Coaches should move in a lively manner to make themselves dynamic targets.
  • Each successful kick that hits a coach earns a player a point.
  • To increase excitement, coaches can switch between walking, kneeling, or crawling to vary the challenge level.

Coaching Points

  • Advise players to use different parts of their foot for diverse shot types.
  • Focus on encouraging players to observe their surroundings and adjust their angles while dribbling.
  • Strive to create an enjoyable atmosphere that boosts enthusiasm and friendly competition.
