Stop & Go
Purpose

Setup
- Assemble a group of players along one sideline, spaced evenly, each with a soccer ball.
- Mark a finish line on the opposite sideline.

How To Play

- Emphasize the importance of quick, controlled stops when responding to commands.
- Promote the use of both feet while dribbling to enhance versatility.
- Remind players to listen closely for commands to improve on-pitch awareness.
